Accu-Cast Pattern Wax
Accu-Cast Pattern Waxes are premium virgin and unfilled pattern waxes for investment casting or lost wax casting industrial process. They have superior dimensional stability, minimal linear shrinkage, low ash content, high strength, and good mold release. The exceptional flow property, excellent surface finish, and dimensional consistency make them suitable for mass production to meet critical dimension requirements.
Accu-Blend has been dedicated to developing and manufacturing premium casting waxes for international clients. We have achieved high popularity and customer satisfaction in the casting wax market in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and China mainland.
Accu-Cast line includes: Accu-Cast 1620, Accu-Cast 1640, and Accu-Cast 2180. Accu-Cast 1620 and Accu-Cast 1640 are generally applied to making commercial parts. Accu-Cast 2180 is mainly applied to making Titanium aircraft parts or thin-walled golf club.
Accu-Stick Wax
Accu-Stick Wax is an amber colored stick wax formulated to bond wax patterns, extruded runners, and gates together to form a cluster. It has excellent adhesion, superior bonding, and high strength to ensure that the cluster can stay together without risk of breakage during the cycle of degreasing, etching, dipping and drying. It is compatible with commercial pattern waxes, especially Accu-Cast casting waxes.
Accu-Patch Wax
Accu-Patch Wax is a red colored patch wax formulated to repair the imperfections or cracks of wax pattern. It is soft, easily shaped, and extremely pliable at room temperature. It is compatible with commercial pattern waxes, especially Accu-Cast casting waxes.
